our process
pre-production:
our first steps upon you contacting us is to establish your vision. we will discuss with you either in-person or digitally your goals, vision, target audience, and any prior examples you want to influence the final product.
after establishing a clear insight into what you are picturing we create a detailed pitch deck which covers our suggestions, plans, and interpretation of what you need done. this process is open to revisions and production will not start until you are absolutely happy with what we have lined up for your business.
production:
upon confirming a production plan which suits you, we establish adequate days on location for shoots if required and begin work. you can leave the production up to us or be along every step of the way, your choice. our number one priority is creating content which will work for you, so updates and sneak peaks will be regularly shared to ensure you are happy with the progress so far.
we will outline any requirements we may have on location such as staff on camera or food/drinks that need to be prepared for shoots in the pitch deck mentioned above so that there are no surprises for you or your team.
post-production:
after completing production we will begin the post-production process. once again you are welcome to give input on every step or leave it to us. we edit any and all videos, or photos taken on location in line with the aesthetic of your venue/event and your own personal vision. once these edits have been completed you will receive them for review, revisions are allowed so long as they align with our standards.
all RAW footage/photos will be sent along with finished edits upon request. todei media will hang on to any RAW footage and the completed edits for three months post completion, clients can request new copies of both the RAW footage and edited footage at any point within this three month period free of charge.
